Description

Losing and finding things is something that happens all the time.  It is especially true if you live in a forest.  In A King’s Ransom many things are lost including Robin Hood!

This is a story full of twists and turns – just like a forest track.  Meet Bag Enderby and his crew, Mavis Enderby and the children, Mister Master Mason and some very noisy Norman soldiers.

In this story the heroes are not the ones you expect them to be and we are reminded that we never really know what is around the next corner.

For children aged 7-11 (Key Stage 2) this is the story that inspired Andrew’s brother, Patrick, to set to music in his children’s opera of the same name.
